Job Description
You are responsible for administration in the quality function and ensuring finished goods released to trade meet quality and food safety specification and timeous purchase orders are raised to enable testing and inspection processes.
Responsibilities
- Traceability of Finished goods and stock release
- Purchasing process administration
- Service provider contract administration
- Receipting and GRN
- Communication with quality suppliers and relevant stakeholders
- Handling and monitoring of finished goods in warehouse.
- Handling of non-conforming materials
- Handling of non-conforming results
- Handling of non-conformances
- Management of Aflatoxins testing results
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Enable Quality Management System
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Procurement
- TQM / B. Tech. in quality management would be advantageous
- Sound working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook; PowerPoint, Excel)
- Preferably, a minimum of two years’ experience working within a administrative environment
- Quality background experience preferred.
- Good understanding and knowledge of quality procedures.
