We are on the lookout for a passionate Receptionist. The role will be based in Nelspruit and report to the Commercial Finance Manager.
Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent Communication skills
- 2 Years Customer service/Reception experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of Reception work
- Detailed and results oriented
- Professional, diplomatic and cordial
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to interact at all levels in the organization

Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and control all incoming calls
- Assist various Departments with administrative duties
- Assist with compiling reports as and when required
- Manage all switchboard functions
- Manage the availability of the Training Centre
- Assist with general office administration and queries
- Relieve Cashiers as and when necessary
- Update noticeboards
- Manage Stationary purchases and issues to departments and depots
- Do Purchase requisitions for Admin department and any ad hoc requisitions as needed
- GRN of all purchase orders received in Admin department and any ad hoc PO’s as required
- Keep printed stationary registers up to date
- Maintain Security seals registers
- Manage purchasing and issue of Cash Machine bags & stationary
