Job Description

The Key Purpose of this role is to ensure that all asset requirements, administrative tasks, reporting and processes will be executed correctly to support the region.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fridge rollout plan in the region through engaging with the manufacturers and the fridge contractor and the sales force 
  • Fridge swops out and movement programme in the region. Scrapping process and all activities for fridges
  • Fridge PTP process on SAP completed
  • Fridge capitalization processes completed. Fridge contract process managed. Fridge verification process managed and updates made
  • on fridge data base 
  • Total fridge database integrity managed and reported
  • Draught database managed to ensure all assets are correctly reported
  • Draught PTP process managed on SAP
  • Draught installation, movement, requests and process managed with the sales force and contractors
  • Draught contract process managed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of business principles
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills 
  • Strong planning and administrative skills
  • Strong financial/business acumen and ability to manage budget allocation
  • Good Planning & self-management practices 
  • Ability to work and perform under pressure and manage deadlines
