We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Rola VW Hermanus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the dealership and pre-owned showroom floor, as well as that all vehicles are cleaned to the highest standard, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and upholding company hygiene and uniform policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Min Grade 12
- Previous experience in a cleaner role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good timekeeping
- Hard working and eager to assist by nature
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them at all times.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Clear criminal record
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness of the premises and vehicles in the washbay and on the dealership floor
- Conducting regular inspections of the washbay to identify and address any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any damages
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
