Receptionist (TETA/SETA)

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the reception at the Chamber and supporting the Executive Office and the whole chamber team administratively.

Salary: R6500

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing reception
  • Supporting the team and Executive Officer with contract management
  • Arranging travels for the team.
  • Assisting with project implementation and reporting
  • Arranging meetings and taking minutes
  • Attending career expos and exhibitions

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Any administrative-related Qualification.
  • No experience required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic Knowledge of financial concepts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Recent graduated
  • certified ID and qualifications.
  • MS Office proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Excel will be an added advantage

Job Type & Contract Length:

  • Successful graduates will be expected to enter a 12-month contract.

Remuneration:

  • R6500 monthly stipend
