Purpose Statement

To support the Head: Projects with: Managing the costing of branch construction and/or refurbishment within a specific geographical area to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications, timelines and budget All required administrative related support. 

Experience

  • At least 3 years cost accountancy, business management and project management experience in a building/construction/refurbishment environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting – Financial Accounting
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Knowledge of:

  • Project management
  • Production planning/logistics
  • Building/construction methods/materials/regulations
  • Financial Management
  • Budgeting & reporting
  • Audit requirements
  • Accounting principles
