Position Summary
Acquire new customers in the strategic segment and evolve the business with existing customers in the assigned geographical territory to deliver agreed objectives & targets.
A day in the life of an Office Sales Representative
- Aligned with the sales field plan, identify sales opportunities within designated territory
- Identify and contact prospects using diverse methods and tools (cold calling/visit, social media, events.
- Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Office guidelines
- Use of CRM system to manage leads
- Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of lead management activities.
- Increase business with existing customers and maximize penetration rate in a customer.
- Use of CRM system to grow and maintain existing customers
- Provide market intelligence to the sales team
- Liaise with B2B Sales Support and CRC teams to ensure flawless execution of customer lifecycle management.
- Collect accurate inputs to ensure compliance of the sales process.
- Compliance with Nestlé and Nespresso business principles and policies including Nestlé Nespresso trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety, and legal regulations.

- Good command in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
