Curro Holdings seeks to appoint Admissions Officer (full-time) at Curro Academy Wilgeheuwel in Roodepoort to commence duties in April 2026

Key performance areas
- Screen and manage all telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, handling or redirecting as appropriate
- Meet and greet visitors, including prospective families and stakeholders, at all levels of seniority
- Handle incoming emails and perform general administrative functions
- Support basic financial administration as assigned
- Oversee stock control for items such as stationery and furniture
- Liaise effectively with central office, executive heads, secretaries, clients, suppliers, and other staff
- Maintain excellent records and logs as required
- Uphold the values and professional standards of the school in all interactions
- Perform additional relevant duties as directed by the Head of School or Manager
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent
- Appropriate qualification from a recognised institution
- Relevant experience in an admissions, office administration, or client service position
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience
- Experience with stock control (e.g., stationery, furniture) preferred
- Highly proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Excellent telephone and email communication
- Professional appearance and conduct, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks
- Effective relationship-building and client service mindset
- Personal commitment to education and the values/ethos of the school
- Clear criminal record
