Preparation of vehicles and vetting. Verification of vehicles for Compliance. Loading of vehicles on the system to ensure readiness. Ensuring and reduction of HSSE incidents. Scheduling vehicles for loading. Executing the load scheduling. Debriefing of the loads and ensuring deliveries are planned in advance.
– Reporting of KPI’s.
– Processing of accruals.
– Verification of the loads and processing the invoices.
– Ensuring benchmarking and loading of the transport rates.
– Training on Basic PATROM, Safe-to-Load (STL) and vehicle Inspection.

Candidate Profile
Qualification/s Required:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/ Business Management.
