Job Purpose

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all Cipla guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers, and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks to support business effectively.

Accountabilities

  • Organizational Support
  • Clerical/Office support
  • Mailroom 
  • Purchase Orders (PO’s)
  • HR Administration 

Education Qualification

  • Grade 12/ Matric/ Equivalent
  • A certification in office management is advantageous
  • Relevant Work Experience
  • 2-3 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
