The incumbent will be responsible for managing the reception at the Chamber and supporting the Executive Office and the whole chamber team administratively.

Main Responsibilities:
- Managing reception
- Supporting the team and Executive Officer with contract management
- Arranging travels for the team.
- Assisting with project implementation and reporting
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Attending career expos and exhibitions

- Any administrative-related Qualification.
- No experience required

Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Recent graduated
- certified ID and qualifications.
- MS Office proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Excel will be an added advantage
Job Type & Contract Length:
- Successful graduates will be expected to enter a 12-month contract.
Remuneration:
- R6500 monthly stipend
